We keep lost items for one month. After this period, they are donated to charity.

We allow the entry of animals under the supervision of their owner and with the approval of Casa Batlló staff.

For children under 2 years old, we offer this comfortable alternative and store your stroller.

We are a cardioprotected space, with staff trained in the use of the defibrillator and first aid.

We have two elevators with priority use for people with disabilities, reduced mobility, and pregnant women.

Wheelchair users are welcome to visit all areas of the house.
