The affected clause or clauses shall be replaced by another or others that preserve the effects pursued by this Legal Notice.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The regulations in force shall determine the laws that shall govern and the jurisdiction that shall be responsible for the relations between our users and us. However, whenever such regulations provide for the possibility of submitting to a specific jurisdiction, for any litigious matter arising from or related to the services we provide through the Website, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the litigation shall apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall hear any such litigious matter.
