In order to respect the date selected by visitors as far as possible, no performance will be cancelled until one hour before it is scheduled to take place. From that time viability will be evaluated and, if a concert is cancelled, visitors will be notified by email and SMS. This cancellation message will include an option to reschedule the visit for another date.
You can change the date of your tickets by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us your booking confirmation number and the date on which you would like to visit. We will try to change your tickets provided that there is availability.
It is not possible to change the type of ticket (Blue, Silver, Gold) once purchased. Once at Casa Batlló, you can buy the different extras that are not included in your ticket separately.
Casa Batlló only accepts refunds in the case of Gold tickets, which include the free cancellation of the booking.
For visits to Casa Batlló during Magic Nights, discounts that may apply to the general visit are not valid.
Yes. Casa Batlló has a lift that reaches the roof terrace. The concert is a seated event.
Visitors attending the concerts will be seated at tables of between 2 to 6 people.
