Ana García, le gagnant du concours de masque de la Casa Batlló
(Español) La pequeña Ana García presentó a concurso un maravilloso antifaz repleto de colores vivos inspirándose en la luz y el color que emana Casa Batlló
The lucky one who has won the contest organized by Casa Batlló masks together with Sandra Suarez (@artedemirar) is Ana García a young five year old artist.
Casa Batlló is the only house that dresses up for Carnival. Antoni Gaudí in full exercise of his creative freedom, conceived the facade as a living representation of this festival, and for that reason this year Casa Batlló wanted to invite all visitors to participate in a mask contest.
Known today by its forms and its extraordinary color, it is also admired by the fact that its balconies look like masks, the roof simulates a Harlequin cap and the facade is an explosion of colored confetti.
These forms inspire, and probably that is why all participants created some original masks full of colors and textures. However customizing mask of Ana García was selected by the jury as the most creative, unique and honest to the essence of Gaudí, and proved to be the winner of exclusive mask designed by Sandra Suarez (artedemirar) with the back of the dragon in the roof .
Congratulations! And to the other participants, thank you for sharing your creations. You made it difficult! See you next time!
