Casa Batlló becomes even more multi-lingual
The augmented reality SmartGuide is now also in Korean
Recently, we have noticed an increase in the number of visitors from East Asia, particularly China, Japan and South Korea.
These initiatives have included, for example, the Tea Ceremony which we held in September in the modernist courtyard of Casa Batlló, under the slogan “Casa Batlló loves Japan” and Chinese New Year at the end of January, which we wanted to celebrate with our Chinese visitors.
Now, to continue to bring us closer to our visitors from Asia, we have launched a new language for our SmartGuide: Korean. We have added the new language because we believe it is extremely important for us to make the visit as comfortable as possible for visitors and Korean is a language that has been requested a number of times.
Currently, the SmartGide is available in 11 languages and we will be sure to continue increasing the number of languages based on the needs of the visitors that come to Casa Batlló. Additionally, the website has also been translated into various languages. It is currently available in 9 languages.
For Casa Batlló, it is essential for visitors to enjoy a unique and magical experience, so we are always working to continue to offer a personal and unforgettable experience!
