IMAGE RIGHTS
FOR CASA BATLLÓ

In certain circumstances we can:

1)    Provide photographs of Casa Batlló, through an Image Use Licensing Agreement;
2)    Authorise admission of professional photographers and video operators, following advance Transfer of the Rights of Use for the Images by the professional to Casa Batlló;
3)    Authorise non-profit-making reports or filming for the purposes of cultural dissemination;
4)    Authorise the use of images in certain commercial products such as publishing, audiovisual, ceramic, glass, stationery and textile products, through a Rights Licensing Agreement.

The use of images of the interior or exterior of Casa Batlló for commercial or publicity purposes is specifically forbidden unless permission is expressly obtained.

The following legal warning concerning photographs of the interior of the house is printed on the back of tickets:

BUYING A TICKET DOES NOT GRANT THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE INTERIOR OF CASA BATLLÓ. THE USE OF ANY PHOTOGRAPHS OF CASA BATLLÓ OBTAINED DURING THE VISIT FOR WHICH THIS TICKET GRANTS ENTRY FOR INDUSTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.
