1O YEARS OPENED FOR VISITORS, 10 YEARS OF MAGIC
In March 19th of 2002, Casa Batlló opened its doors to the general public for cultural visits, on the occasion of the celebration Gaudí’s International Year, dreaming to share to everybody Gaudí's Gem.
During these 10 years, Casa Batlló was awarded the Europa Nostra Prize, for dedicated service to heritage conservation in 2004, it was included on UNESCO`s list as World Heritage Site in 2005 , and it was chosen as one of the 7 wonders of tangible cultural heritage in Barcelona in 2008.
Casa Batlló, a masterpiece of shape, colour and light celebrates these 10 years of magic sharing with all publics, an exciting year 2012 with many surprises.
